In the Bhagavad Gita, amidst the battlefield of Kurukshetra, Arjuna seeks solace from Lord Krishna, grappling with the tumultuous nature of the mind. In response, Krishna imparts timeless wisdom, emphasizing the path of disciplined practice (abhyasa) and detachment (vairagya) as the means to harnessing the mind’s fleeting nature.
At YOGAARTHI, we echo these sacred teachings, recognizing the transformative power of inner mastery. Our educational ethos is rooted in the essence of “Prajnanam Brahma,” guiding students towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Through rigorous academic pursuit coupled with spiritual contemplation, we aim to nurture individuals who embody wisdom, compassion, and resilience.
In addition to academic excellence, our curriculum integrates the profound heritage of Indian traditions, languages, and culture. We believe that preserving linguistic diversity is essential, as language serves as a vessel for preserving ancient wisdom and cultural identity.

At YOGAARTHI School of Indic Studies, we strive to create an academic environment where ancient Yogic wisdom meets modern scientific understanding. As a medical professional and a Yoga educator, I strongly believe that the integration of Yoga with contemporary health sciences can significantly contribute to holistic well-being and mental resilience.
My journey in medical science and Yoga education has deepened my appreciation for the scientific and therapeutic applications of Yoga. Through my research on Mental Health First Aid with ICMR, I have witnessed how Yoga can be a powerful tool in managing mental health challenges. My goal is to help students develop a scientific approach to Yoga, particularly in Anatomy, Physiology, and its therapeutic applications.
I believe that getting to know your own body is the first step towards healing and self improvement. Our body is like a universe in it’s own, and the deeper we dive into understanding it, the more we resonate with the Universe and it’s energies.
The Bhagavad Gita beautifully states “Yogaḥ Karmasu Kauśalam”- Yoga is excellence in action. This principle drives our vision at YOGAARTHI, where we encourage students to not only practice Yoga but also understand its scientific depth, research applications, and holistic impact on health.
At YOGAARTHI, we inspire students to explore, research, and apply Yogic principles beyond traditional practices. With a strong academic foundation and a research-oriented approach, our institution is dedicated to shaping future Yoga educators, researchers, and therapists who can bridge the gap between traditional knowledge and modern science.
I invite you all to embark on this transformative journey with us and explore the vast potential of Yogic sciences.
