The Bachelor of Arts in Yogashastra is a foundational degree program designed for students interested in exploring the classical roots of Yoga through a holistic and scholarly lens. Students will gain a deep understanding of Yogic philosophy, traditional practices, Indian psychology, and basic therapeutic applications—preparing them for advanced studies or career paths in Yoga education, wellness, and research.
